CASSINI Entrepreneurship Days 2026

Europe’s flagship meeting point for space startups, investors, and the wider CASSINI ecosystem.

The CASSINI Entrepreneurship Days 2026 will take place on 30 September and 1 October in Prague, bringing together startups, scaleups, investors, accelerators, industry representatives and EU institutions around one question: how to build stronger European space companies. The event is the flagship annual entrepreneurship gathering under the European Commission’s €1 billion CASSINI initiative, which supports space entrepreneurs across the full journey from idea generation to market entry, investment and growth.

This year’s theme, “Built in Europe. Built to Last,” is particularly relevant. The programme looks at how European space ventures can grow in a changing geopolitical and market environment, while also showcasing what CASSINI has delivered over the past six years and what comes next.

The agenda combines startup pitching, investor meetings, an EU Space Expo, discussions on financing the space economy, CASSINI Challenges awards, and direct access to EU decision-makers and strategic partners. It is designed less as a conventional conference and more as a meeting point for companies looking for concrete opportunities to scale.

For ORBITALYX, CASSINI is also a familiar ecosystem.

Daniela Jović was involved in the first batch of the CASSINI Business Accelerator through Spacemanic, gaining first-hand experience of how the programme works from the company side. Today, part of her work includes helping startups and smaller space companies better understand and navigate the wider CASSINI landscape, from acceleration and matchmaking to mentoring, and market opportunities.

That also connects closely with her role in the EU Space Academy, another part of the broader European space entrepreneurship and skills ecosystem, where she supports founders and professionals through one-to-one mentoring.

CASSINI is much more than one accelerator. The initiative includes the Business Accelerator, investment and matchmaking activities, hackathons, mentoring, challenges, prizes and skills programmes, including the EU Space Academy.
